Figure Legend: Paint pressure injection injury.this patient presented with a relatively low pressure injection injury of the middle finger with a small entrance wound (1).  Titanium pigment in the paint was visible on x-ray (2).  Optimum treatment involved emergency meticulous radical debridement of all stained or damaged tissues, aided by use of the operating microscope (3,4).  Late result in with recovery of full sensation and range of motion (5,6).
