Tendons:

Origin: Infraspinous fossa of the Scapula

Insertion: Middle facet of greater tuberosity of the Humerus and capsule of the Glenohumeral Joint

Function: External rotation of the shoulder Along with other Muscles which produce shoulder External (lateral) Rotation

Nerve: Suprascapular Nerve

Artery: Suprascapular (transverse cervical) artery and the Circumflex scapular artery
