Tendons:

Origin:

HUMERAL head: from medial epicondylar ridge of the Humerus and the common forearm flexor origin

ULNAR head: from the medial side of coronoid process of the Ulna

Insertion: Middle of lateral surface of the Radius

Function: Pronates the Forearm, along with other muscles which pronate the forearm secondary Elbow flexor along with other muscles which flex the elbow

Nerve: Median Nerve

Artery: Anterior Ulnar Recurrent artery
