Teres Minor

Tendons:

Origin: Dorsal surface of axillary border of the Scapula

Insertion: Lowest facet of greater tuberosity of the Humerus and the Glenohumeral Joint

Function: draws the Humeral head into the glenoid fossa, Adducts and external rotates the shoulder along with other Muscles which produce shoulder Adduction

and Muscles which produce shoulder External (lateral) Rotation

Nerve: Axillary Nerve

Artery: Circumflex scapular artery
