Fourth Dorsal Interosseous



Tendons:

Origin: the adjacent surfaces of the ring and small metacarpals

Insertion: ulnar base of the ring finger proximal phalanx and the ring finger ulnar digital extensor mechanism

Function: flexes, ulnar deviates (abducts) and supinates the ring finger MCP joint and extends the ring finger PIP and DIP joints

Nerve: Motor Branch of Ulnar Nerve

Artery: deep palmar arch
